护理干预联合家庭支持对维持性血液透析患者干体重的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention Combined with Family Support on Dry Weight in Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis

目的研究对接受维持性血液透析治疗的患者实施护理干预联合家庭支持的效果。方法以2017年4-11月收治的92例接受维持性血液透析的患者为对象,将2017年4-7月实施常规护理的时间段视作对照组;同样这些患者,2017年8-11月实施护理干预联合家庭支持的时间段视作观察组,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组护理后1、2、3个月患者干体重增长量均小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组透析治疗过程并发症发生率为4.35%,对照组并发症发生率13.04%(χ^2=4.381,P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为93.48%,明显高于对照组患者的护理满意度82.61%(χ^2=4.924,P<0.05)。结论护理干预联合家庭支持用于维持性血液透析患者护理中能够控制患者干体重增长。

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention combined with family support on patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis.Methods A total of 92 patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis who were treated from April to November 2017 were taken as the control group.The period of routine care from April to July 2017 was regarded as the control group;these same patients in the period from August to November 2017 during which nursing intervention and family support were implemented was considered as the observation group,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The dry weight gain of patients in the observation group at 1,2 and 3 months was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of dialysis treatment in the observation group was4.35%,and complications occurrence rate in the control group was 13.04%(χ^2=4.381,P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 93.48%,which was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group(82.61%)(χ^2=4.924,P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention combined with family support for the maintenance of patients with maintenance hemodialysis can control the dry weight gain of patients.
