摘要 抗压强度是影响3D打印零件可靠性的重要因素之一,为了确定影响抗压强度的主要工艺参数,利用田口法,设计出一组L8正交试验,并进行压力试验,采用方差分析对工艺参数进行研究,初步得出打印方向和打印温度是影响抗压强度的主要因素;通过实验数据,结合双参数威布尔分布模型,完成3D打印零部件抗压强度的可靠性分析,通过优化工艺参数,达到改善3D打印零部件质量的目的。 Compressive strength is one of the important factors affecting the reliability of 3D printed parts.In order to determine the main process parameters affecting the compressive strength,a set of L8 orthogonal test was designed by using the Taguchi method,and the pressure test was carried out.The process parameters were studied by analysis of variance,and the printing direction and printing temperature were preliminarily determined to affect the compressive pressure.The main factors of strength;through the experimental data,combined with the two-parameter Weibull distribution model,the reliability analysis of the compressive strength of 3D printed parts is completed,and the quality of 3D printed parts is improved by optimizing the process parameters.
