摘要
针对目前铁塔构件制孔尺寸检测采用人工样板比对的方法而导致的误检和漏检现象,依据不同的铁塔构件有不同的制孔形位尺寸的特性和铁塔构件制孔加工的过程,设计了铁塔构件制孔尺寸机器视觉在线检测系统。通过对固定好的工业相机进行标定,确定铁塔构件制孔尺寸图像像素坐标和世界坐标的关系,并利用行程开关控制工业相机自动采集铁塔构件图像后,用LabVIEW软件对采集到的铁塔构件图像依次进行数字图像预处理、目标图像轮廓特征及区域特征的提取、铁塔构件制孔尺寸图像目标识别操作,从而实现铁塔构件制孔尺寸机器视觉在线检测。结果表明该检测系统能够检测出铁塔构件制孔的数目、位置并且检测直径为24mm的孔的误差在±0.1mm范围内,即可以完成铁塔构件制孔尺寸机器视觉在线检测工作。
Aiming at the phenomena of false detection and omission in manual detection of hole-making dimension of the steel tower components,according to the characteristics of different dimensions of the steel tower components and the characteristics of hole-making process of the steel tower components,an online machine vision detection system is proposed.In order to calibrate,the industrial camera should be fixed.The camera is controlled by travel switch to automatically acquire the images of the steel tower components.LabVIEW software is used for image processing,feature extraction and recognition of the acquired steel tower components.In this way,machine vision online detection of hole-making dimension of the steel tower components can be realized.The experimental results show that the detection system can detect the number and position of the holes in the steel tower components and the system can detect holes with a diameter of 24mm and the error is within the range of 0.1mm.
