WANG Xin-zhi’s Experience in Treating Depression by Stages

随着现代人们生活压力的提升,抑郁、焦虑等疾病发病率逐渐升高,此类疾病属于中医“郁证”范畴。广义郁证范围较广,包括五脏之郁与气、血、痰、火、湿、食六郁等,狭义郁证主要指由于情志不遂、气机郁滞所导致的症状。王新志教授为国家级名老中医药专家,对狭义郁证有较深刻的认识,根据多年临床实践总结出本病“六化、九的、十二状”的症状规律,认为基本病机为肝郁气滞,涉及脾、心、肾三脏,并将疾病过程分为肝期、肝脾期、心肝期、肝肾期4期,概括了临床表现及治法方药。
