摘要
针对机械式自动变速器起步过程中离合器摩擦生热、受损严重等问题,以降低滑摩功为目标,设计了一种电控超越离合器,并提出一种在传动系加装电控超越离合器,配合主离合器完成汽车起步过程的改进方案,通过仿真和试验验证了此方案能够可靠地实现预期的功能模式。研究表明,加装电控超越离合器后,结合优化的控制策略,一定程度上降低了汽车起步过程中离合器的滑摩功,为今后变速器的开发提供了借鉴。
Aiming at the problem of frictional heat generation and serious damage during the start of mechanical automatic transmission(AMT),an electronically controlled overrunning clutch is designed to reduce the sliding work,and an improved scheme is proposed in which an electronically controlled overrunning clutch is added to the drive train to complete the vehicle starting process with the main clutch.The simulation and experiment verifies that this scheme can reliably realize the expected functional mode.The research shows that the sliding work of the clutch in the process of auto start is reduced to a certain extent after the electronically controlled overrunning clutch is installed and the optimized control strategy is combined,which provides a reference for the development of the transmission in the future.
