摘要 转向盘表面材质研究作为转向盘研究的一部分,对于越来越在意感官体验的客户来说发挥着显著作用。采用卡诺模型的调查分析方式研究了不同因素对于PU发泡转向盘和皮革包覆转向盘手感的影响。结果表明,对于PU发泡转向盘,硬度较小和纹理较粗的转向盘更受客户青睐;对于皮革包覆转向盘,采用人造革包覆会引起部分客户抱怨;采用高等级和细纹理真皮包覆以及背部使用泡棉均能提高客户对转向盘手感的满意度。文章的研究结果对于提高转向盘手感满意度,指导转向盘表面材质定义具有一定的参考意义。 As a part of steering wheel research,the research on steering wheel surface material plays a significant role for customers who pay more and more attention to sensory experience.The Kano model was used to investigate and analyze the effects of different factors on the hand feeling of PU foam steering wheel and leather-coated steering wheel.The results show that for PU foam steering wheel,steering wheel with smaller hardness and thicker grain is more popular with customers.For leather-coated steering wheel,the use of artificial leather coating will cause some customers to complain.The use of high-grade and fine-grained leather coating and the use of foam on the back can improve the customer's satisfaction with the steering wheel hand feeling.The research results of this paper have certain reference significance for improving steering wheel feel satisfaction and guiding the definition of steering wheel surface material.
