摘要 转向盘表面材质研究作为转向盘研究的一部分,对于越来越在意感官体验的客户来说发挥着显著作用。采用卡诺模型的调查分析方式研究了不同因素对于PU发泡转向盘和皮革包覆转向盘手感的影响。结果表明,对于PU发泡转向盘,硬度较小和纹理较粗的转向盘更受客户青睐;对于皮革包覆转向盘,采用人造革包覆会引起部分客户抱怨;采用高等级和细纹理真皮包覆以及背部使用泡棉均能提高客户对转向盘手感的满意度。文章的研究结果对于提高转向盘手感满意度,指导转向盘表面材质定义具有一定的参考意义。 Electromechanical Braking System(EMB)has become a research hotspot of automotive braking system because of its simple structure,good braking effect and easy integration with other electronic control functions.The composition and working principle of EMB system are described.Combined with actual road tests,it is found that the Mean Fully Developed Braking Deceleration(MFDD)of vehicles equipped with EMB system is about 4%higher than that of traditional braking system.At the same time,the EMB system has an obvious advantage in response time,which is about 30%faster than the traditional system,and has better wheel slip control function.The problems of reliability,cost and test scheme in EMB system are proposed.
