摘要 汽车制造企业越来越重视客户的主观感受,提升乘员舒适性已经成为各大汽车厂商提高产品竞争力的重要手段。通过气密性试验,对隔断块膨胀率试验、隔断块零件设计、隔断块型面与钣金设计间隙、零件装配设计、零件质量等影响车身泄漏量的因素进行验证。采用涂胶封堵、发泡材料配方变更等措施,车身泄漏量从76 in3/min降低为40~50 in3/min,为现场制造过程提升白车身气密性提供了参考依据。 Automobile manufacturers pay more and more attention to the subjective feelings of customers.Improving the comfort of passengers has become an important means for major automobile manufacturers to improve their product competitiveness.Through the air tightness test,the factors that affect the leakage of the body,such as the expansion rate test of the partition block,the design of the partition block parts,the clearance between the partition block profile and the sheet metal design,the assembly design of the parts,the quality of the parts,etc.,are verified.The leakage of the body is reduced from 76 inVmin to 40-50 inVmin by adopting the measures such as gluing and blocking,changing the formula of foaming materials,etc.,which provides a reference basis for improving the air tightness of the BIW in the on-site manufacturing process.
