摘要
斜沟煤业特厚煤层综放开采区段煤柱宽度为35m,为提高资源利用率欲对区段煤柱宽度进行优化,通过理论计算分析及数值模拟研究表明,23111工作面合理的区段煤柱宽度为8.6~44.4m,最为合理的区段煤柱宽度为15m,在实际生产中23111运输巷沿空掘巷煤柱宽度为15m,23111工作面回采期间对煤柱进行钻孔窥视,二次采动影响下,回采侧煤柱松动破坏的深度约为7.0m,煤柱完整性和承载能力较好,且巷道的变形量在安全可控的范围内,区段煤柱优化为15m取得了良好的应用效果和经济效益。
The coal pillar width of the fully mechanized caving mining section in the extra-thick coal seam of the inclined trench coal industry is 35m.In order to improve the resource utilization rate,the section coal pillar width is optimized.The theoretical calculation analysis and numerical simulation study show that the 23111 working face is reasonable.The width of the coal pillar is 8.6~44.4m,and the most reasonable section coal pillar width is 15m.In the actual production,the coal pillar width of the 23111 transport lane along the goaf is 15m,and the coal pillar is drilled and peeped during the mining of 23111 working face.Under the influence of secondary mining,the depth of the loosening of the coal pillar on the mining side is about 7.0m,the integrity and bearing capacity of the coal pillar are good,and the deformation of the roadway is within the safe and controllable range.The section coal pillar is optimized to 15m.Has achieved good application results and economic benefits.
