摘要
紫晟煤业2-1012巷道顶板为软弱顶板,现场实测为大松动圈的软岩巷道,矿方应用原支护方案后,回采过程中巷道局部出现鼓出、破碎的现象,围岩变形严重,影响到了巷道的正常使用,为了解决该问题,通过理论研究及数值模拟对2-1012巷道的支护体系进行优化,得到锚杆+锚索+工字钢的联合支护方案。结果表明:在采用了优化后的支护方案后,经过现场应用及回采过程中巷道围岩深基点位移实测证明该支护体系取得了很好的支护效果。
The top plate of the2-1012road tunnel of Zijing Coal Industry is a weak roof.The field is measured as a soft rock roadway with large loose circle.After the original support scheme is applied by the mine,the phenomenon of bulging and breaking occurs in the roadway during the mining process,and the surrounding rock is seriously deformed.In order to solve the problem,the support system of the 2-1012roadway was optimized through theoretical research and numerical simulation,and the joint support scheme of the anchor rod+anchor cable+I-beam was obtained.The results show that after the optimized support scheme is adopted,the actual measurement of the deep base point displacement of the surrounding rock in the field application and the mining process proves that the support system has achieved good support effect.
