挖金湾矿8102工作面沿空掘巷煤柱尺寸优化及支护研究 被引量:7

摘要 挖金湾煤矿正在进行8#煤层的采掘活动,为提高资源利用率设计应用留小煤柱沿空留巷技术,以8102工作面回采巷道的布置及支护为工程背景,通过理论分析、数值模拟及现场监测研究确定合理的煤柱宽度为14m,设计8102运输顺槽采用“锚网索”支护的具体参数,应用后进行围岩位移情况的监测,8102运输顺槽掘进期间顶板下沉量最大为32mm,底板底鼓量最大为60mm,实体煤侧最大变形量为65mm,煤柱侧最大变形量为85mm,围岩变形得到了有效的控制,所确定的煤柱宽度和支护方式取得了良好的应用效果。 Dig in jinwan is 8#coal seam in coal mine mining activities,to improve the utilization rate of resources application design for a small coal pillar along the technology,with 8102 working face of mining roadway layout and support for the engineering background,through theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field monitoring studies to determine the reasonable width of coal pillar is 14 m,8102 transport gateway design adopts"the anchor net supporting"specific parameters,application of monitoring the situation of the displacement of surrounding rock after 8102 transport gateway roof subsidence during drivage 32 mm,maximum amount of drum at the bottom of the base plate up to 60 mm,the entity coal side maximum deformation is 65 mm,The maximum deformation of coal pillar side is 85mm,and the surrounding rock deformation is effectively controlled.
