柔性护巷技术在大倾角中厚煤层中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 由于大倾角中厚煤层具有特殊的围岩结构和垮落规律,故使用传统的支护方式难以达到支护需要,在布置沿空留巷时必定造成困难。“柔性护巷”技术的关键点在于巷道上帮的矸石会不断垮落在定制的钢筋网上,继而堆积形成一个“包护带”,“包护带”具有一定的承载作用,为巷道顶板提供支撑力。通过在现场布点监控,分析并总结得到了沿空留巷围岩的矿压显现规律、钢筋网变形规律和顶板移动规律;试验结果表明,传统支护方式配合实施“柔性护巷”技术可以有效地解决大倾角中厚煤层中沿空留巷的技术难题。 At the present stage the technology of gob-side entry retaining seldom used in medium-thichness seam with large inclined angle.The reason for this?is,the past support mode can’t satisfy the special structure of surrounding rock in large incline angle of coal seam roadway,At the same time it can't adapt to the rule of waste rock caving in the working face.In order to solve this problem,the flexible support technique is first proposed.That is,in order to satisfy the requirements of retained road,the technology make full use of the caving coal gangue,allow the sink of roof convergence so that the waste rock to provide support for the roof structure of composite beams.Through the field test,summed up the laws of the roadway mine pressure appear,the laws of roof movement,the rule of waste rock caving accumulation,the deformation law of steel fabric,also summarize the construction technology.Experiments show that:the use of combined support system with bolt,pillar,steel mesh and anchor applied in flexible support technique can solve the technological problem of large inclination thick coal seam along the empty left lane effectively.
