煤机厂机械加工设备风险控制技术研究及应用

摘要 为有效保证鑫钜煤机厂机械加工过程中的安全,通过对机械加工设备风险评价的具体分析,以横梁生产线手焊系统为例,采用灰色关联理论与模糊理论对各项风险进行有效分析,根据分析结果确定各项风险因素的等级,并对其进行排序和分级,针对风险等级的排序与分级结果,具体制定针对重大危险源、一般危险源与轻微危险源的风险控制方案,以此保障机械加工过程中的安全。 In order to effectively ensure the safety in the machining process of Xinju Coal Machinery Factory,through the specific analysis of the risk evaluation of mechanical processing equipment,taking the beam welding line hand welding system as an example,using gray correlation theory and fuzzy theory to effectively analyze various risks,According to the analysis results,the grades of various risk factors are determined,and they are sorted and graded.According to the ranking and classification results of risk grades,the risk control schemes for major hazards,general hazards and minor hazards are specifically formulated to protect Safety during machining.
