Research on Safety Management System of Coal Preparation Plant of Dongzhou Kiln Coal Co., Ltd.

为有效保证东周窑煤矿选煤厂的长期安全高效的生产,通过大量调查并结合本厂的客观实际,建立东周窑煤矿选煤厂独立的“12345”安全管理体系。通过糊综合评价法对此安全管理进行评价发现:该体系的综合评估值为64.71,说明“12345”安全管理体系介于合格和良好之间,可以通过在运行中不断完善至优秀的状态。可以通过在运行中将PDCA闭关式管理模式应用在安全管理体系中,使其不断完善至优秀的状态,保证东周窑煤矿选煤厂长期安全高效的生产。

In order to effectively ensure the long-term safe and efficient production of the Dongzhou kiln coal preparation plant,through the extensive investigation and combined with the objective reality of the factory,the independent"12345"safety management system of the Dongzhou kiln coal preparation plant was established.The evaluation of this safety management by the paste comprehensive evaluation method found that the comprehensive evaluation value of the system is 64.71,indicating that the“12345”safety management system is between qualified and good,and can be continuously improved to an excellent state by running.The PDCA closed-end management mode can be applied to the safety management system during operation,so that it can be continuously improved to an excellent state to ensure long-term safe and efficient production of the Dongzhou Kiln Coal Preparation Plant.
