采动条件下工作面卸压瓦斯运移特征及综合治理技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 为对5912综采工作面采动影响下覆岩及底板煤岩体中卸压瓦斯的运移特征及瓦斯治理技术进行研究,通过Fluent软件建立5912工作面采空区数值模型研究采动影响下覆岩及底板煤岩体中卸压瓦斯的运移特征,提出采空区埋管、高位钻孔及顺层钻孔抽采相结合的瓦斯抽采综合治理方式。结果表明:在采取了合理的综合治理措施后,上隅角瓦斯浓度降低至0.5%,回风顺槽侧瓦斯浓度降低至0.3%,采掘空间瓦斯浓度显著降低,很好的解决了矿井瓦斯频繁超限、瓦斯积聚的问题,保证了工作面安全回采。 In order to study the mining characteristics of the unloading gas and the gas control technology of the overlying and underlying coal and rock mass under the influence of the mining of the 5912 fully mechanized coal mining face,the 5912 working face,overlying and underlying coal rock were established by Fluent software.The body and goaf model is used to study the characteristics of unloading gas migration in this working face,and the comprehensive treatment methods of gas drainage in high-level borehole,gas drainage in bedding borehole of this coal seam and gas extraction in goaf are proposed.The results show that after reasonable comprehensive treatment measures,the gas concentration in the upper corner is reduced to 0.5%,the gas concentration in the return air is reduced to 0.3%,and the gas concentration in the mining space is significantly reduced,which solves the frequent gas in the mine.The problem of over-limit and gas accumulation ensures the safe recovery of the working face.
