摘要
通过对煤矿刮板输送机减速器热功率计算,结果表明其热平衡温度超过了减速器的许用温度,提出了螺旋翅片管式盘状冷却水换热器设计方案,详细分析了其换热原理,在确定相关已知参数的条件下,计算得出了螺旋翅片管式换热器具体的结构参数,同时分析了翅片外径、相邻管距和换热量的关系。该研究解决了煤矿刮板输送机减速器热功率效果差的问题,避免了减速器因温度过高而导致失效,从而达到降低采煤机系统的故障率,提高采煤机系统可靠性开采的目的。
By calculating the thermal power of the coal scraper conveyor,the results show that the thermal balance temperature exceeds the xulder's intended temperature,and the design scheme of the coiled cooling water exchanger is proposed,and the heat exchanger principle is analyzed in detail,and the heat exchanger is analyzed in detail under the condition of determining the relevant known parameters.The specific structural parameters of the spiral fin tube heat exchanger are calculated,and the relationship between fin outer diameter,adjacent tube distance and heat exchanger is analyzed.This study solves the problem of poor thermal power effect of the coal mine scraper conveyor,avoids the failure caused by the latelbox due to high temperature,thus reducing the failure rate of the shearer system and improving the reliability of the shearer system.
