采煤机摇臂齿轮轴结构特性分析 被引量:2

摘要 摇臂齿轮箱是采煤机经常发生故障的设备,尤其是二轴总成上的齿轮及轴承故障率最高,严重影响了整个齿轮箱的使用性能及可靠性。因此,针对采煤机摇臂齿轮箱结构的特点,对该齿轮轴进行受力分析,同时利用Solidworks软件建立了三维模型,并利用ANSYS软件对齿轮轴展开了静力学和模态分析,从结构设计、装配、检查与维修三个方面提出了提高摇臂齿轮轴结构特性的措施,为采煤机的设计以及优化改进提供了理论依据,从而达到采煤机可靠性开采的目的。 Rocker gearbox is a equipment that often fails the shearer,especially the highest failure rate of gear and bearing on the second axle assembly,which seriously affects the performance and reliability of the entire gearbox.Therefore,in view of the characteristics of the shaft rocker gearbox structure,the gear shaft is analyzed,the three-dimensional model is established using Solidworks software,and the static and modal analysis of the gear shaft is carried out by USING ANSYS software,from the structural design,assembly,The inspection and maintenance of three aspects put forward measures to improve the structural characteristics of the rocker gear shaft,for the design of the shearer and optimize the improvement of the theoretical basis,so as to achieve the reliable mining purposes of the shearer.
