浮选过程中煤中矿物质的迁徙规律

为了探究浮选煤泥尾煤中矿物质的分布情况和迁徙规律,本文选择了三种不同变质程度的煤泥进行浮选,以浮选后尾煤为研究对象,通过X射线衍射仪对尾煤中的矿物质成分进行了分析,且定性分析了分布释放浮选过程中,每一步后产物中矿物质。试验中矿物质的定量测定及迁徙规律是通过K值定量法求得。实验求得,随着灰分的增加,高岭石含量逐渐增多,但其增加速率减缓;石英和方解石只存在于高灰分产物中,石英含量随灰分的增加也发生增量,但拟合后的R值才达0.7,相关性不高;而方解石含量与灰分的增加无明显的关系,不发生精煤夹带现象。

In order to investigate the distribution and migration of minerals in flotation slime tailings,three kinds of slimes with different metamorphic degrees were selected for flotation,and the minerals in the tailings after flotation were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer,and the minerals in the products after each step of flotation were qualitatively analyzed.Quantitative determination and migration rule of minerals in the experiment are obtained by K value quantitative method.The experimental results are obtained,with the increase of ash,the content of kaolinite increases gradually,but its increasing rate slows down.Quartz and calcite only exist in the products with high ash content,and the content of quartz increases with the increase of ash content,but the fitting R value is about 0.7,the correlation is not high;and the content of calcite has no obvious relationship with the increase of ash content.
