摘要
针对炮泥封孔存在的作业效率低、填塞质量差、人工劳动强度大等问题,提出新型材料灌注方式替代炮泥材料,该材料1~2min失去流动性,2h即具备0.4MPa强度。现场试验表明:炮泥封孔单孔封孔时间约4h,新型材料封孔单孔封孔用时仅20min,极大地提高了作业效率,降低了人工劳动强度,爆破效果表明新型材料具有与炮泥类似的作用,替代效果良好。
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,poor packing quality and high labor intensity,the new material infusion method is proposed to replace the mud material.The material loses fluidity for 1~2min and has 0.4MPa strength for 2h.The field test shows that the sealing time of single hole sealing with gun mud is about 4h,and the sealing of single hole of new material is only 20min,which greatly improves the working efficiency and reduces the labor intensity.The blasting effect indicates that the new material has the gun.The similar effect of the mud,the substitution effect is good.
