摘要
目的归纳总结肾脏生化指标检验中分级检验法的临床应用情况。方法方便选取该院2017年8月—2018年8月收治的120例患者展开研究,分别按照常规方式和分级检验法进行肾脏生化指标的检验,对两种方式检验结果进行比较。结果分级检验对尿素氮的阳性检出率为64.17%,血肌酐的阳性检出率为61.67%,胱抑素C的阳性检出率为9.17%,常规检验方式对尿素氮的阳性检出率为7.50%,血肌酐的阳性检出率为5.83%,胱抑素C的阳性检出率为7.50%,常规检验和分级检验在尿素氮和血肌酐的阳性检出率的对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=83.793,P=0.000;χ^2=83.652,P=0.000),胱抑素C的阳性检出率间一致性明显,所得研究数据间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);分级检验中,测得尿素氮水平、血肌酐水平和胱抑素C水平依次为(5.18±0.25)mmoL/L、(85.32±6.49)μmol/L和(0.86±0.09)mg/L,常规检验中,尿素氮、血肌酐和胱抑素C的水平分别为(4.21±0.14)mmol/L、(67.54±7.81)μmol/L和(0.68±0.14)mg/L,数据间差异有统计学意义(t=37.084,P=0.000;t=19.180,P=0.000;t=11.847,P=0.000)。结论在肾脏生化指标检验中运用分级检验方式,可使检验结果更准确,为疾病的诊断价值打下良好基础。
Objective To summarize the clinical application of the graded test in the examination of renal biochemical indicators.Methods Convenient election 120 patients admitted to the hospital from August 2017 to August 2018were enrolled in the study.The renal biochemical indicators were tested according to the conventional method and the grading test method.The results of the two methods were compared.Results The positive detection rate of urea nitrogen was 64.17%,the positive detection rate of serum creatinine was 61.67%,the positive detection rate of cystatin C was 9.17%,and the positive detection rate of urea nitrogen by routine test method was 7.50%,the positive detection rate of serum creatinine was 5.83%,and the positive detection rate of cystatin C was 7.50%.The comparison between the positive detection rate of urea nitrogen and serum creatinine was obvious in routine test and graded test.the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=83.793,P=0.000;χ^2=83.652,P=0.000),and the positive detection rates of cystatin C were consistent,and there was no statistical difference between the obtained data(P>0.05).In the grading test,the measured levels of urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and cystatin C were(5.18±0.25)mmoL/L,(85.32±6.49)μmol/L and(0.86±0.09)mg/L,respectively.In the test,the levels of urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and cystatin C were(4.21±0.14)mmol/L,(67.54±7.81)μmol/L and(0.68±0.14)mg/L,respectively.the difference was statistically significant(t=37.084,P=0.000;t=19.180,P=0.000;t=11.847,P=0.000).Conclusion The use of grading test in the examination of renal biochemical indicators can make the test results more accurate and lay a good foundation for the diagnosis value of the disease.
