腹腔镜根治溃疡型结肠癌的临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Laparoscopic Radical Mastectomy for Ulcerative Colon Cancer

目的探讨腹腔镜根治溃疡型结肠癌的临床疗效分析。方法方便选取2013年1月—2015年1月就诊于该院的溃疡性结肠癌患者123例,按手术方式将其分为了对照组和观察组,其中对照组54例患者行传统开腹结肠癌根治术,观察组69例患者行腹腔镜结肠癌根治术。主要观察两组患者的手术基本情况、术后恢复、并发症及远期疗效结果。结果观察组术中出血量为(156.37±11.54)mL,低于对照组(183.59±13.91)mL,差异有统计学意义(t=11.859,P<0.001);观察组的手术时间为(164.23±10.52)min,低于对照组(185.12±11.23)min,差异有统计学意义(t=10.610,P<0.001);观察组排气时间、术后镇痛时间和术后住院时间分别为(2.37±0.54)d、(22.13±1.98)h和(10.23±2.04)d,均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.366,24.295,3.858,P<0.001)。两组淋巴结清扫数目比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.439,P=0.508)。结论溃疡型结肠癌患者选择腹腔镜根治术具有创伤小、出血少、术后疼痛少、恢复时间短、并发症少等优点。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic radical mastectomy for colon cancer.Methods A convenient election of 123 patients with ulcerative colon cancer who were admitted to the hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 was divided into control group and observation group according to the operation method.54 patients in the control group underwent traditional open colon radical radical surgery,69 patients in the observation group underwent radical laparoscopic colon cancer.The main surgical conditions,postoperative recovery,complications and long-term results of the two groups were observed.Results The intraoperative blood loss was(156.37±11.54)mL,which was lower than that of the control group(183.59±13.91)mL.The difference was statistically significant(t=11.859,P<0.001).The operation time of the observation group was(164.23±10.52)min,lower than the control group(185.12±11.23)min,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.610,P<0.001);the observation group exhaust time,postoperative analgesia time and postoperative hospital stay were respectively(2.37±0.54)d,(22.13±1.98)h and(10.23±2.04)d were all shorter than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.366,24.295,3.858,P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in the number of lymph node dissections between the two groups(t=0.439,P=0.508).Conclusion Laparoscopic radical surgery for patients with ulcerative colon cancer has the advantages of less trauma,less bleeding,less postoperative pain,shorter recovery time,and fewer complications.
