摘要
目的观察不同修复方法对基牙牙周状况的影响。方法方便选择2015年9月—2018年6月包医一附院牙列缺损患者60例分为两组,通过ELISA染色,记录龈沟内基质金属蛋白酶MMP-13的变化。结果①6个月的附着体组和卡环组MMP-13水平为(141.191±10.860)pg/30 s和(151.807±7.366)pg/30 s;18个月的附着体组和卡环组MMP-13水平为(141.025±10.937)pg/30 s和(152.305±7.943)pg/30 s;附着体组表达水平均低于卡环组,结果差异有统计学意义(t=3.133、3.232,P<0.05))。②附着体组内和卡环组内,6个月和18个月两组数值分别比较,MMP-13差异无统计学意义(t=0.042、0.178,P>0.05)。结论磁性附着体义齿基牙MMP-13的表达明显较少,更适合临床上基牙牙周状况不良的患者。
Objective To observe the effect of different repair methods on the periodontal status of abutment.Methods 60 patients with dentition defect in the First Affiliated Hospital from September 2015 to June 2018 were convenient selected and enrolled in this study.The changes of matrix metalloproteinase MMP-13 in the sulcus were recorded by ELISA.Results 1.The MMP-13 levels in the 6-month attachment group and the snap ring group were(141.191±10.860)pg/30 s and(151.807±7.366)pg/30 s;the 18-month attachment group and the snap ring group MMP-13 levels were(141.025±10.937)pg/30 s and(152.305±7.943)pg/30 s;the expression level of the attachment group was lower than that of the ring group and the results were statistically significant(t=3.133,3.232,P<0.05).2.within the attachment group and the snap ring group,the values of the two groups were compared between 6 months and 18 months.There was no significant difference in MMP-13.The results were not statistically significant(t=0.042,0.178,P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of MMP-13 in magnetic attachment denture abutment is significantly less,and it is more suitable for patients with poor periodontal disease in clinical abutment.
