儿童腺病毒肺炎降钙素原变化分析

Analysis of changes in procalcitonin in children with adenovirus

目的评估降钙素原对儿童腺病毒肺炎的诊断价值,分析降钙素原变化与儿童腺病毒肺炎病情之间的关系。方法方便选取2017年2月—2019年2月期间于该院治疗腺病毒肺炎、非腺病毒肺炎的患儿各40例,分别设为研究组、对照组。为所有患儿进行降钙素原检测。比较两组的降钙素原检测结果。研究组患儿接受治疗,对比治疗前后其降钙素原检测结果。结果研究组降钙素原为(2.57±1.23)μg/mL,高于对照组的(0.19±0.13)μg/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=12.170,P=0.000<0.05)。研究组治疗前的降钙素原为(2.57±1.23)μg/mL,高于治疗后的(0.88±0.58)μg/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=7.860,P=0.000<0.05)。结论降钙素原可以用于儿童腺病毒肺炎的诊断与预后评估,其临床价值非常显著。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of procalcitonin in children with adenovirus pneumonia,and to analyze the relationship between procalcitonin changes and childhood adenovirus pneumonia.Methods Convenient selected a total of 40 children with adenoviral pneumonia and non-adenovirus pneumonia were treated in the hospital from February 2017 to February 2019.They were divided into study group and control group.Procalcitonin was tested in all children.The procalcitonin test results of the two groups were compared.The study group received treatment and compared the procalcitonin test results before and after treatment.Results The procalcitonin in the study group was(2.57±1.23)μg/mL,which was higher than that of the control group(0.19±0.13)μg/mL.The difference was statistically significant(t=12.170,P=0.000<0.05).The procalcitonin before treatment in the study group was(2.57±1.23)μg/mL,which was higher than(0.88±0.58)μg/mL after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(t=7.860,P=0.000<0.05).Conclusion Procalcitonin can be used for the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of adenovirus pneumonia in children,and its clinical value is very significant.
