精细化护理对老年反流性食管炎患者依从性及生活质量的影响

Effect of Refined Nursing on Compliance and Quality of Life in Elderly Patients with Reflux Esophagitis

目的探讨精细化护理对老年反流性食管炎患者依从性及生活质量的影响。方法方便选取2017年12月—2019年1月期间该院门诊收治的82例老年反流性食管炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机函数法将其分为两组,对照组患者实施常规护理干预,观察组患者实施精细化护理干预,比较两组患者的依从性及生活质量等指标。结果实施干预后,观察组患者的按时按量用药为(3.52±1.17)分、合理健康饮食为(3.43±1.08)分、坚持运动锻炼为(3.36±1.22)分、定期医院复查为(3.61±1.11)分,均高于对照组(t=3.881、4.193、2.654,2.951,P<0.05);观察组的生理为(82.11±6.35)分、心理为(80.46±5.92)分、社会关系为(76.88±6.66)分、环境为(84.37±9.82)分、主观生存质量为(82.33±5.16)分、主观健康状况为(86.83±8.62)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.136、6.177、6.453、9.941、9.320、10.206,P<0.05);观察组的焦虑为(42.18±4.03)分、抑郁为(39.75±3.64)分、睡眠质量为(6.72±0.63)分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.874、9.403、17.819,P<0.05)。结论对老年反流性食管炎患者实施精细化护理干预可以明显提升其治疗依从性,改善患者的生活质量和心理状态,提升患者的睡眠质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of refined nursing on the compliance and quality of life of elderly patients with reflux esophagitis.Methods Convenient select a total of 82 elderly patients with reflux esophagitis admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups by random function method.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention.Patients in the observation group were treated with refined nursing intervention,and the compliance and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the patients in the observation group were treated with(3.52±1.17)points,reasonable healthy diet(3.43±1.08)points,exercise(3.36±1.22)points,and regular hospital review(3.61±1.11)points were higher than those of the control group(t=3.881,4.193,2.654,2.951,P<0.05);the physiology of the observation group was(82.11±6.35)points,the psychological was(80.46±5.92)points,and the social relationship was(76.88±6.66)points,the environment was(84.37±9.82)points,the subjective quality of life was(82.33±5.16)points,and the subjective health status was(86.83±8.62)points,which was higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=5.136,6.177,6.453,9.941,9.320,10.206,P<0.05);the anxiety of the observation group was(42.18±4.03)points,the depression was(39.75±3.64)points,and the sleep quality was(6.72±0.63),lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.874,9.403,17.819,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of refined nursing intervention for elderly patients with reflux esophagitis can significantly improve their treatment compliance,improve their quality of life and mental state,and improve their sleep quality.It is worthy of clinical application.
