小儿胃食管反流患儿的临床特点与护理干预 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察小儿胃食管反流患儿的临床特点与护理干预方法与疗效。方法便利选取该院2018年1月—2019年1月儿科收治的100例胃食管反流患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=50例,给予行为护理干预)和对照组(n=50例,给予常规护理),观察两组患者的临床症状的改善情况,分析临床护理效果。结果观察组呕吐、反流、胸骨后疼痛、上腹饱胀以及呼吸困难发生率明显低于对照组(χ^2=6.061、7.143、6.061、4.762、5.005,P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为90%(45/50),明显高于对照组的74%(38/50)(χ^2=4.336,P<0.05)。结论小儿胃食管反流患者容易出现反流、呕吐、腹胀等临床症状,行为护理干预可以改善临床症状,提高患儿护理满意度,值得在临床上推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical characteristics,nursing intervention and efficacy of children with gastroesophageal reflux in children.Methods Convenient select 100 patients with gastroesophageal reflux who were admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study group.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=50 cases,behavioral nursing intervention)and control group(n=50 cases were given routine care).The improvement of clinical symptoms in the two groups was observed and the clinical nursing effect was analyzed.Results The incidence of vomiting,reflux,post-sternal pain,upper abdominal fullness and dyspnea was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(χ^2=6.061,7.143,6.061,4.762,5.005,P<0.05);The degree was 90%(45/50),which was significantly higher than 74%(38/50)of the control group(χ^2=4.336,P<0.05).Conclusion Children with gastroesophageal reflux are prone to clinical symptoms such as reflux,vomiting and abdominal distension,behavioral nursing intervention can improve clinical symptoms and improve the satisfaction of children's care.It is worthy of clinical application.
