功能锻炼指导在神经内科护理中的应用效果及NIHSS评分研究

Application of Functional Exercise Guidance in Neurology Nursing and NIHSS Score Study

目的探讨功能锻炼指导在神经内科护理中的应用效果及NIHSS评分。方法从该院2018年下半年收治的神经内科患者中方便选取62例脑血管疾病患者作为该次的研究对象,其中选取2018年7—9月31例为对照组,2018年10—12月31例为观察组,给予对照组患者常规护理方式;观察组在对照组基础上给予功能锻炼指导,对两组患者不同护理方式的应用效果和NIHSS评分进行观察比较。结果两组患者的治疗优良率相比,对照组治疗优良率为77.42%(24/31)、观察组治疗优良率为93.55%(29/31),对照组劣于观察组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.874,P=0.025)。两组的NIHSS(神经功能缺损)评分相比,治疗前对照组NIHSS评分为(28.15±5.13)分,观察组NIHSS评分为(28.22±5.09)分,差异有统计学意义(t=0.019,P=0.721);治疗后,对照组NIHSS评分为(20.79±2.62)分,观察组NIHSS评分为(10.58±2.31)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.752,P=0.000)。结论对神经内科脑血管患者进行功能锻炼指导的护理模式较常规护理方式,治疗优良率更高,可恢复患者神经功能吞咽障碍,治疗后NIHSS评分更高,生活质量得到明显改善,可予临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of functional exercise guidance in neurological nursing and NIHSS score.Methods From the neurology patients admitted to our hospital in the second half of 2018,62 patients with cerebrovascular disease were selected as the study subjects.Among them,31 patients from July 2018 to September 2018 wereconvenient selected as the control group,and from October 2018 to December 2018,31 patients were in the observation group,and the control group was given routine nursing methods.The observation group was given functional exercise guidance on the basis of the control group.The application effect of different nursing methods and NIHSS scores were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the excellent rate of treatment in the two groups,the excellent rate of treatment in the control group was 77.42%(24/31),and the excellent rate in the observation group was 93.55%(29/31).The control group was inferior to the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.874,P=0.025).The NIHSS scores of the control group were(28.15±5.13)points and the NIHSS scores of the observation group were(28.22±5.09)points.the difference was statistically significant(t=0.019,P=0.721);After treatment,the NIHSS score of the control group was(20.79±2.62)points,and the NIHSS score of the observation group was(10.58±2.31)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.752,P=0.000).Conclusion The nursing mode of functional exercise guidance for neurology patients with cerebrovascular disease is higher than the conventional nursing mode.The excellent rate of treatment is better,and the neurological dysphagia can be restored.The NIHSS score is higher after treatment and the quality of life is improved,which can be clinically promoted and applied.
