探讨云克治疗类风湿关节炎的临床护理

Exploring the Clinical Nursing of Cloud G in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的分析类风湿关节炎患者接受云克治疗基础上的有效护理方法。方法方便选择2017年1月—2019年4月中85例类风湿关节炎患者进行研究,全部患者均接受云克治疗,随机将患者分为两组,对照组42例在治疗基础上实施常规护理,观察组43例在治疗基础上实施综合护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组出院时关节压痛数、关节肿胀数、晨僵时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出院时疼痛VAS评分为(2.12±1.07)分,对照组(2.98±1.24)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.125,P<0.05);观察组出院时生活质量生理功能、躯体疼痛、精神健康、精力评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论云克治疗类风湿关节炎有良好效果,在治疗基础上配合实施综合护理能够减轻患者疼痛程度,减轻病情严重程度,提升患者生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effective nursing methods based on the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods Eighty-five patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected from January 2017 to April 2019.All patients were treated with Cloud G.The patients were randomLy divided into 2 groups,and 42 patients in the control group were convenient treated with routine care.In the observation group,43 cases were treated with comprehensive nursing on the basis of treatment,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The number of joint tenderness,joint swelling and morning stiffness were better in the observation group than in the control group the difference was statistically significan(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was(2.12±1.07)points and the control group(2.98±1.24)points the difference was statistically significant(t=4.125,P<0.05);the quality of life,physical pain,mental health,and energy score of the observation group were better than the control group at the time of discharge,P<0.05.Conclusion Cloud G has a good effect in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.On the basis of treatment,comprehensive nursing can reduce the pain level,reduce the severity of the disease and improve the quality of life of patients.
