快速康复外科护理对胃癌患者术后康复、生活质量的影响研究

Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgical Nursing on Postoperative Rehabilitation and Quality of Life in Patients with Gastric Cancer

目的分析对于胃癌术后患者采取快速康复外科护理的临床应用价值。方法方便选取该院2017年1月—21018年1月期间接受手术治疗的107例胃癌患者为研究对象,根据患者所选取护理方法的不同将患者分为实验组和对照组,其中实验组54例患者接受快速康复外科护理,对照组53例患者接受常规护理,对比两组患者接受护理后的不良发应发生情况以及患者生活质量评分。结果实验组患者身体机能、心理状态、社会关系分别为(85.31±0.67)分、(87.23±1.33)分、(87.19±1.14)分,对照组患者对应数据为(63.21±0.78)分、(61.59±0.89)分、(60.87±1.02)分,实验组患者与对照组身体机能、心理状态、社会关系实验组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=15.093、11.246、10.038,P<0.05);实验组患者切口感染、伤口疼痛、周围神经损伤分别为2(3.70%)、4(7.40%)、2(3.70%),实验组患者与对照组切口感染、伤口疼痛、周围神经损伤,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.016、8.268、9.846,P<0.05)。结论对于胃癌术后患者进行快速康复外科护理可以大大降低其不良发应发生情况,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical application value of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing for postoperative patients with gastric cancer.Methods 107 patients with gastric cancer who underwent surgery from January 2017 to January 2018 were convenient election enrolled in the study.According to the different nursing methods,the patients were divided into experimental group and control group,among which 54 patients in the experimental group,fast-recovery surgical care was performed,and 53 patients in the control group received routine care,comparing the incidence of adverse hair loss after treatment and the quality of life score of the two groups.Results The physical function,psychological state and social relationship of the experimental group were(85.31±0.67)points,(87.23±1.33)points and(87.19±1.14)points,respectively.The corresponding data of the control group were(63.21±0.78)points,(61.59±0.89)points and(60.87±1.02)points.Physical function,mental state,and social relationship the difference was statistically significant(t=15.093,11.246,10.038,P<0.05)The experimental group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the incision infection,wound pain,and peripheral nerve injury in the experimental group were 2(3.70%),4(7.40%),2(3.70%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.016,8.268,9.846,P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitative surgical care for postoperative patients with gastric cancer can greatly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the quality of life of patients.
