摘要
终身教育追求的全时空性的全人发展,赋予人文素质教育更深刻的内涵和价值取向,我们应从人的角度架构人文素质教育体系。马克思主义人学理论指导下的人文素质教育目标将呈现多元化和发展性的特征,内容具有层次性、鲜活性和开放性的特点;人文素质教育应贴近社会实践,充分发挥人的主体性,在教育合力中全方位推进,在科学的考评机制中有效实施。同时,从人的需要、本质和价值的实现中激发人文素质教育体系建设的内在驱动力,使学习者产生学习动机,契合终身教育背景下教育本来意义的回归。
The all-time and all-round development pursued by lifelong education endows humanistic quality education with more profound connotation and value trend.We should construct humanistic quality education system from the perspective of human beings.Under the guidance of Marxist Hominology Theory,the objectives of humanistic quality education will present diversified and developmental characteristics,and its content selection will be layered,fresh and open.Humanistic quality education should be close to social practices,and give full play to the subjectivity of human beings.It should be promoted in education in an all-round way with joint efforts,and effectively implemented in reasonable evaluation mechanisms.Meanwhile,it arouses an intrinsic driving force of the construction of humanistic quality education system from the realization of human needs,essence and value.This driving force helps learners to generate learning motivation,and this is corresponding to the return of the original meaning of education under the background of lifelong education.
