江苏对外直接投资与制造业转型升级

JiangSu Outward Foreign Direct Investment and Manufacturing Transformation and Upgrading

基于创新、环保和就业这三大制造业转型升级的价值取向,构建面板回归模型对江苏对外直接投资与制造业转型升级的关系进行了实证分析,发现:江苏制造业总体对外直接投资对环境、就业和创新无影响力;在三大类型制造业中,江苏劳动密集型制造业的对外直接投资对环境、就业和创新无影响力;江苏资本密集型制造业的对外直接投资有利于增加就业,但对环境和创新无影响力;江苏技术密集型制造业的对外直接投资会恶化环境,但对就业和创新无影响力。最后,基于实证结果提出相应启示。

Based on the three value orientations of the manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading,namely innovation,environmental protection and employment,a panel regression model was constructed to empirically analyze the relationship between JiangSu OFDI and the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.It was found that OFDI of JiangSu manufacturing industry has no influence on environment,employment and innovation,among the three types of manufacturing industry,OFDI of JiangSu labor-intensive manufacturing industry having no influence on environment,employment and innovation,OFDI of JiangSu capital-intensive manufacturing industry being conducive to increase employment,but having no influence on environment and innovation,OFDI of JiangSu technology-intensive manufacturing industry worsening the environment,but having no influence on employment and innovation.Finally,according to the empirical results,corresponding enlightenment was proposed.
