对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇实施产科门诊护理干预的价值探析

Analysis of the Value of Obstetric Care Intervention for Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes

目的分析产科门诊护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的应用价值。方法随机选择90例从2018年10月-2019年3月于该院接受诊治并确诊为妊娠期糖尿病孕妇作为该次研究对象,并将其按奇偶数数字抽签法随机分为参照组与探究组,每组45例。给予参照组孕妇传统性护理,对探究组孕妇则在前者的基础上进行产科门诊护理干预,就两组孕妇不同时间段的血糖水平以及妊娠结局与产后并发症发生率进行对比分析。结果探究组孕妇的产后并发症总发生率4.44%明显低于参照组孕妇22.22%,且相关数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,探究组孕妇护理后的血糖水平与妊娠结局均优于参照组孕妇,且相关数据均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在传统性护理的基础上对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇实施产科门诊护理干预方案,有利于快速降低其血糖水平,进一步降低产后并发症发生率,从而营造更为理想的妊娠结局,值得临床借鉴与推广。

Objective To analyze the application value of nursing intervention in obstetric clinic for pregnant women with gestational diabetes. Methods A randomized selection of 90 pregnant women who were diagnosed as gestational diabetes mellitus from October 2018 to March 2019 in this study were randomly divided into reference group and inquiry group by odd and even number digital lottery, 45 cases in each group. The traditional care of the pregnant women in the reference group was given. The pregnant women in the inquiry group were treated with obstetric outpatient care on the basis of the former, and then the blood glucose levels and the incidence of pregnancy outcomes and postpartum complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of postpartum complications in the inquiry group was 4.44%,which was significantly lower than that in the reference group(22.22%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In addition, the blood glucose level and pregnancy outcomes of the pregnant women in the inquiry group were better than those in the reference group, and the relevant data were statistically different(P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of traditional nursing, the implementation of obstetric outpatient nursing intervention program for pregnant women with gestational diabetes is beneficial to rapidly reduce their blood sugar level and further reduce the incidence of postpartum complications,thus creating a more ideal pregnancy outcome, which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
