厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合叶酸片治疗老年H型高血压的疗效分析

Observation on the efficacy of Folic Acid Combined with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide in the Treatment of H-type Hypertension in Elderly Patients and its Effect on Serum Hyc

目的探讨厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合叶酸片治疗老年H型高血压的疗效及对血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的影响。方法选择64例老年H型高血压患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,各32例。对照组采用厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合叶酸片治疗,两组疗程均为28天。比较两组疗效及治疗前后血清Hcy水平。结果试验组总有效率(93.75%)明显高于对照组(78.13%),P<0.05。两组治疗后舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且试验组DBP、SBP的降低优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清Hcy水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且试验组Hcy的降低优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合叶酸片能更有效控制老年H型高血压患者的血压,显著降低血清Hcy水平,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the efficacy of folic acid combined with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of H-type hypertension in elderly patients and its effect on serum Hyc.Methods Totally 64 elderly patients with H-type hypertension were randomly divided into two groups,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide,and the experimental group was treated with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide and folic acid.Both groups were treated for 28 days.Comparisons were made on treatment effect,serum levels of Hcy before and after treatment between the two groups.Results The experimental group had higher total treatment effective rate as 93.75%than 78.13%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the experimental group had lower DBP and SBP than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,both groups had no statistically significant difference in serum Hcy(P>0.05).After treatment,the experimental group had lower serum Hcy level than the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide and folic acid can effectively control the blood pressure of patients with H-type hypertension,lower serum Hcy.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
