摘要 TRPM7(transient receptor potential melastatin 7)是一种具有离子通道和蛋白激酶双重结构的双功能蛋白,组成性表达于脊椎动物多种器官和组织中。TRPM7参与调节细胞内钙镁离子的稳态,对细胞的增殖、分化、迁移和存活起重要作用。近年来发现其在维持某些特定生理功能中起关键作用,且与人类疾病特别是肿瘤的发生具有密切相关性。本文就近年来TRPM7与肿瘤之间的研究进展做简要综述。此外,文章也将探讨TRPM7作为药物设计靶点和工具的应用前景。 TRPM7(transient receptor potential melastatin 7)is a bifunctional protein with dual structure of ion channel and protein kinase,which is constitutively expressed in various organs and tissues of vertebrates.TRPM7 is involved in regulating intracellular homeostasis of calcium and magnesium ions and plays an important role in cell proliferation,differentiation,migration and survival.In recent years,it has been found that it plays a key role in maintaining certain physiological functions and is closely related to human diseases,especially the occurrence of tumors.This article reviews the recent advances in the study of TRPM7 and tumor.In addition,this paper will also discuss the application prospect of TRPM7 as a drug design target and tool.
