摘要
针对檀香种子发芽率低、发芽时间长等问题,进行了以不同浓度为主处理、相应浸种时间为副处理的赤霉酸对檀香种子发芽率影响试验,结果表明:9个处理的发芽率分别显著高于对照,其中以赤霉酸浓度100 mg·L^-1浸种9 h处理的发芽率最高(72.3%),显著高于其他处理,是对照发芽率最低的3.5倍。建议生产中对檀香种子用100 mg·L^-1赤霉酸、浸泡9 h。
To solve the problem of lower germination rate and long time needed for germination,Gibberellic acid with different concentrations was used as the main treatment,and seed soaking time as the secondary treatment.Three main treatments and three secondary treatments were set up to find out their influence on germination rate of sandalwood seeds.Clean water treatment was used as the control.The results showed that the germination rate of sandalwood seeds was significantly different among 9 treatments and 1 control.Treatment with Gibberellic acid performed significantly,with highest germination rate at 72.3%,3.5 times higher than that of control.Treating the seeds with Gibberellic acid concentration at 100 mg·L^-1 for 9h.
