摘要
针对山阳县目前核桃产量连年增加、上市集中、销售价低、原果卖难等问题,在实践基础上提出了青皮核桃冷藏技术,包括采前管理,品种与海拔选择,采收时间,储藏前分级、降温等预处理,冷藏库温湿度管理等。
Given that constant increase of walnut yield,market concentration and consequent low price,fresh green walnut storage technology was developed,regarding pre-collection treatment,variety selection,elevation condition,harvesting season,grading before storage,temperature decrease and humidity and temperature requirements in storage house.
