基于精益生产的物料与计划研究

精益生产是通过人、机、料、法、环等资源的最优化组合,达到以最低的资源投入,获取最大的产出效益。文章通过对A公司目前生产方式中物料计划、人力计划及生产计划存在的不统一、库存高等问题进行分析,制定出基于精益生产理论的改进方案,搭建计划物流体系,完善精益设计,实现物料计划、人力计划和生产计划的统一,达成企业精益生产供应链。

Lean production is an optimal combination of resources of manpower,machine,material,method and environment to achieve the maximum output benefit with the lowest resource input.The improved plan has been developed based on the lean production theory by analysis of the problems in the current production of company A,such as the inconsistency of the material plan,the manpower plan and the production plan,and the high stocks.The lean production supply chain is then achieved through the establishment of the logistics system of planning and the improvement of the lean design,as well as the implementation of the consistency of the material plan,the manpower plan and the production plan.
