某大型机场航站楼不规则自由曲面指廊屋面钢结构工程拔杆群整体提升技术 被引量:2

摘要 某大型国际机场航站楼整体平面呈放射性的五指廊造型,屋顶及竖向支撑结构均为钢结构。各指廊沿中央大厅中心区周圈布置。屋顶为不规则自由曲面的钢桁架(网架)结构,结构杆件为圆钢管和方钢管。其中之一的指廊屋盖投影51221m^2,长391m,宽131m,结构最高25m,总重约2071t。工程造型复杂,质量标准高,工序交叉多,施工工期紧,安全要求严,钢结构分区组装、整体拼装、拔杆群提升、高空合拢及同步卸载等技术对本工程建造具有重要意义。 The whole plane of a large international airport terminal is in the shape of a radioactive five-finger corridor,and the roof and vertical support structure are all steel structures.Each finger corridor along the central hall central ring layout.The roof is irregular free-form steel truss(rack) structure,the structural members are round steel tube and square steel tube.One of the fingers corridor,s roof projection of the gallery is 51221 m2,the length is 391 m,the width is 131 m,the maximum structure is 25 m,and the total weight is about 2071 t.The engineering modeling is complex,the quality standard is high,the procedure crosses many,the construction time limit is tight,the safety requirement is strict,the steel structure partition assembly,the whole assembly,pulls the pole to lift,the high altitude to close and the synchronous unloading and so on technology has the vital significance to this project construction.
