摘要
目的观察基于瘀能化水理论的稳心Ⅳ号治疗冠心病心绞痛痰瘀互结型的临床疗效。方法随机采用长春中医药大学附属医院2018年1月-2019年6月冠心病心绞痛80例,将80例冠心病患者按1:1比例随机分成对照组和治疗组。对照组给予阿托伐他汀治疗;治疗组给予稳心Ⅳ号治疗。疗程为6个月。观察并记录IMT、SAQ情况。结果稳心Ⅳ号和阿托伐他汀相比,冠心病心绞痛痰瘀互结型的患者,服用稳心Ⅳ号在减少IMT方面[(1.48±0.33)mm vs (1.55±0.26)mm],差异无统计学意义(t=0.876,0.385>0.05),能提高SAQ的5个维度评分(P<0.01)。结论基于瘀能化水理论的稳心Ⅳ号在减少IMT方面与阿托伐他汀疗效相当,并能改善SAQ的5个维度评分,缓解心绞痛症状,提高生活质量,且具有良好的安全性。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Metacenter Ⅳ in the treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris and hernia. Methods 80 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris from January 2018 to June 2019 were randomLy selected from the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. 80 patients with coronary heart disease were randomLy divided into control group and treatment group according to 1:1 ratio. The control group was treated with atorvastatin;the treatment group was treated with Metacenter Ⅳ. The course of treatment was 6 months. Observe and record the IMT and SAQ conditions. Results Compared with atorvastatin, patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris had no difference in the reduction of IMT [(1.48±0.33)mm vs(1.55±0.26)mm],the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.876,P=0.385 >0.05), can improve the score of 5 dimensions of SAQthe difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion Based on the theory of sputum and water, Metacenter Ⅳ is equivalent to atorvastatin in reducing IMT, and can improve the scores of SAQ in five dimensions, relieve angina symptoms, improve quality of life, and have good safety.
