降钙素及甲状旁腺激素在骨质疏松症中的诊断价值探讨

Diagnostic Value of Calcitonin and Parathyroid Hormone in Osteoporosis

目的探讨降钙素及甲状旁腺激素在骨质疏松中的诊断价值。方法选取2016年5月-2019年5月该院诊治的33例骨质疏松症患者为观察组,收集同期该院33名正常体检者为对照组,分析两组对象的降钙素、甲状旁腺激素水平及不同部位骨密度情况。结果相较于对照组,观察组患者股骨大转子、第四腰椎、前臂远端骨密度更低,差异有统计学意义(t=3.057、3.002、5.310,P=0.003、0.003、0.000);观察组患者的降钙素(14.32±1.48)pmol/mL、甲状旁腺激素水平(21.34±5.67)pg/mL,降钙素水平比对照组更低,甲状旁腺激素水平比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(t=6.824、12.291,P=0.000)。结论骨质疏松症患者甲状旁腺激素明显升高,降钙素水平下降,在临床实验室诊断中可作为重要参考指标。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of calcitonin and parathyroid hormone in osteoporosis. Methods Thirty-three patients with osteoporosis diagnosed in the hospital from May 2016 to May 2019 were enrolled in the observation group. 33 normal subjects in the hospital were collected as control group. The two groups were analyzed for calcitonin and thyroid parathyroid hormone levels and bone mineral density in different parts. Results Compared with the control group, the bone density of the greater trochanter,fourth lumbar vertebrae and forearm was lower in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant( t =3.057,3.002, 5.310, P=0.003, 0.003, 0.000). Calcitonin(14.32±1.48) pmol/mL and parathyroid hormone(21.34±5.67)pg/mL were observed in the observation group. Calcitonin levels were lower than those in the control group, and parathyroid hormone levels were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=6.824, 12.291, P=0.000). Conclusion Parathyroid hormone is significantly elevated in osteoporosis patients, and calcitonin levels are decreased, which can be used as an important reference index in clinical laboratory diagnosis.
