中耳胆脂瘤外科治疗中使用保留部分骨桥鼓室成形术的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Using Partial Bone Bridge Tympanoplasty in Surgical Treatment of Middle Ear Cholesteatoma

目的研究中耳胆脂瘤外科治疗中使用保留部分骨桥鼓室成形术的临床效果。方法以该院2017年5月-2019年5月共64例中耳胆脂瘤患者为对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,32例为对照组,接受常规手术治疗,32例为观察组,接受保留部分骨桥乳突切开鼓室成形术治疗,比较两组治疗有效率、听力改善率。结果观察组术后6个月患者听力改善率为75.00%,明显高于对照组听力改善率50.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.267,P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为90.62%,明显高于对照组治疗总有效率68.75%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.730,P<0.05)。结论保留部分骨桥鼓室成形术治疗中耳胆脂瘤患者能够有效改善患者听力,提升治疗总有效率,值得推广实施。

Objective To study the clinical effect of using partial bone bridge tympanoplasty in the surgical treatment of middle ear cholesteatoma. Methods A total of 64 patients with middle ear cholesteatoma from May 2017 to May 2019, were randomly divided into two groups, 32 patients in the control group, and received routine surgery. The observation group of 32 cases received the preservation of partial bone bridge mastoid incision tympanoplasty, and the treatment efficiency and hearing improvement rate were compared between the two groups. Results The hearing improvement rate of the observation group was 75.00% at 6 months after operation, which was significantly higher than that of the control group by 50.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.267, P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.62%, which was significantly higher than that of the observation group. The total effective rate of the control group was 68.75%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.730, P<0.05). Conclusion Retaining part of the tympanoplasty for the treatment of middle ear cholesteatoma can effectively improve the hearing of patients and improve the total effective rate of treatment. It is worthy of promotion.
