慢性牙周炎患者应用种植修复的长期效果探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究并分析将种植修复应用于慢性牙周炎患者中的长期效果。方法选取该院2016年1-12月接受牙种植修复治疗的60例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组为牙周健康患者,观察组患者为慢性牙周炎患者,比较两组患者治疗后1年、2年、2.5年的长期种植修复成功率、1年mPLI、mSBI、PIS、PD指数,2年、2.5年后牙槽骨的吸收量。结果两组患者的1年种植修复成功率、mPLI、mSBI、PIS、PD对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组2年91.7%、2.5年的种植修复成功率90.0%显著高于观察组82.1%、79.7%(χ^2=8.64、9.05,P<0.05);观察组患者2年(1.50±0.14)mm、2.5年后牙槽骨吸收量(1.50±0.12)mm均显著高于对照组(0.21±0.03)mm、(0.26±0.02)mm(t=6.85、7.87,P<0.05)。结论慢性牙周炎患者采取种植修复治疗的远期效果不及牙周健康患者,但近期效果对比差异不大。 Objective To study and analyze the long-term effects of implant restoration in patients with chronic periodontitis. Methods Sixty patients who underwent dental implant restoration from January to December 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was periodontal health patients. The observation group patients were chronic periodontal inflammatory patients, the long-term implant restoration success rate of 1 year, 2 years, and 2.5 years after treatment, 1 year m PLI, mSBI,PIS, PD index, and alveolar bone absorption after 2 years and 2.5 years were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the 1-year planting repair success rate, mPLI, mSBI, PIS and PD between the two groups(P>0.05). The control group’s success rate of 90.0% in the 2 years was 91.7% and 2.5 years. The group was 82.1%, 79.7%(χ^2=8.64, 9.05, P<0.05). The alveolar bone resorption(1.50±0.12)mm was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group after 2 years(1.50 ±0.14)mm and 2.5 years later(0.21±0.03)mm,(0.26±0.02)mm(t=6.85, 7.87, P<0.05). Conclusion The long-term effect of implant restoration in patients with chronic periodontitis is not as good as that of periodontal health patients, but the difference in recent effects is not significant.
