杞枣颗粒改善缺铁性贫血功能的研究

摘要 目的研究杞枣颗粒对缺铁性贫血(IDA)大鼠是否具有辅助改善作用,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法 2018年5月8日开始试验,选择雌性大鼠50只,建立IDA模型,根据体重和造模结束时Hb的数值将所有动物随机分成5组,每组10只。即模型对照组(C),低剂量组(L),中剂量组(M),高剂量组(H)及硫酸亚铁组(F)。经口灌胃给予受试物30 d,实验结束时观察实验动物的一般健康状况,体重变化,同时测定血红蛋白(HGB)、游离红细胞原卟啉(FEP)的含量。结果实验结束后,L、M、H、F组HGB水平分别是(90.74±13.21)g/L,(95.50±10.65)g/L,(99.58±13.27)g/L,(98.93±10.41)g/L,与C组(88.21±10.50)g/L比较,H、F组与C组之间的差异有统计学意义(P=0.041、0.046<0.05);L、M、H、F组FEP水平分别降低至(101.14±10.98)μg/L,(98.83±14.02)μg/L,(91.77±8.59)μg/L,(91.19±11.86)μg/L,与C组(105.48±9.01)μg/L比较,H、F组与C组之间的比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.008、0.006<0.01)。与C组比较,H和F组实验动物的皮毛、精神状况恢复明显变好,但是F组的实验大鼠有稀粪的现象。结论杞枣颗粒对缺铁性贫血具有改善作用,而且比单纯的摄入硫酸亚铁的效果更好。 Objective To study whether Jujube granules can improve the rats with iron deficiency anemia(IDA) and to provide experimental evidence for clinical application. Methods The experiment was started on May 8, 2018. 50 female rats were selected and the IDA model was established. All animals were randomly divided into 5 groups according to the body weight and the value of Hb at the end of modeling, 10 in each group. That is, model control group(C), low dose group(L), middle dose group(M), high dose group(H)and ferrous sulfate group(F). The test substance was orally administered for 30 days. At the end of the experiment, the general health condition and body weight of the experimental animals were observed, and the contents of hemoglobin(HGB) and free erythrocyte protoporphyrin(FEP) were simultaneously measured. Results After the experiment, the HGB levels in the L, M, H and F groups were(90.74±13.21)g/L,(95.50±10.65)g/L,(99.58±13.27)g/L,(98.93±10.41)g/L, respectively. Compared with the C group(88.21±10.50)g/L,the differences between the H and F groups and the C group were statistically significant(P=0.041,0.046<0.05). The FEP levels of L,M, H and F were decreased to(101.14±10.98)μg/L,(98.83±14.02)μg/L,(91.77±8.59)μg/L,(91.19±11.86)μg/L, respectively.Compared with group C(105.48±9.01)μg/L, the differences between the H and F groups and the C group were statistically significant(P=0.008,0.006<0.01). Compared with the C group, the recovery of the fur and mental status of the experimental animals in the H and F groups was significantly better, but the experimental rats in the F group had a phenomenon of dilute feces. Conclusion Jujube granules can improve the iron deficiency anemia, and it is better than the simple intake of ferrous sulfate.
