奥美拉唑肠溶片与复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合用药治疗急性肠胃炎的疗效评价

Efficacy Evaluation of Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets Combined with Compound Lactobacillus Acidophilus Tablets in the Treatment of Acute Gastroenteritis

目的探究急性肠胃炎者予奥美拉唑肠溶片联合复方嗜酸乳杆菌片药用价值。方法选取辽源市中心医院2017年1月-2018年6月收治的急性肠胃炎患者86例经电脑随机表法分组。对照组予奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗,对比两组疗效、机体恢复、安全性及治疗满意度差异。结果观察组总有效率97.67%高于对照组79.07%(χ^2=7.242,P=0.007);VAS评分、用药时间、治疗费用(2.1±0.9)分、(12.5±1.1)d、(153.7±70.1)元,低于对照组(3.7±1.1)分、(15.3±2.3)d、(203.1±93.9)元(t=7.382,P=0.001;t=7.202,P=0.001;t=2.764,P=0.007)];治疗满意度100.00%高于对照组88.37%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.309,P=0.021 P<0.05)。但两组药物毒副作用发生率相比差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.124,P=0.725>0.05)。结论奥美拉唑肠溶片+复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗急性肠胃炎药效理想,安全价值高,患者恢复快。

Objective To investigate the medicinal value of omeprazole enteric-coated tablets combined with compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets in patients with acute gastroenteritis. Methods 86 patients with acute gastroenteritis admitted to Liaoyuan Central Hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups by computer randomization. The control group was treated with omeprazole enteric-coated tablets, and the observation group was treated with compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets on the basis of the control group. The differences in efficacy, body recovery, safety and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.67% higher than that of the control group(79.07%(χ^2=7.242, P=0.007);VAS score, medication time, treatment cost(2.1±0.9)points,(12.5±1.1)d,(153.7± 70.1) Yuan, lower than the control group(3.7±1.1)points,(15.3±2.3)d,(203.1±93.9) yuan(t=7.382, P=0.001;t=7.202, P=0.001;t=2.764, P=0.007)];treatment satisfaction was 100.00% higher than the control group(88.37%) the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.309, P=0.021 <0.05).However, there was no significant difference in the incidence of toxic side effects between the two groups( χ^2=0.124, P=0.725>0.05).Conclusion Omeprazole enteric-coated tablets + compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets are effective in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis, with high safety value and rapid recovery.
