The 2ND Youth Games of the People’s Republic of China in 2019 Design and Practice of IBC Dispatching Center System

本文以2019年中华人民共和国第二届青年运动会IBC信号调度系统为例,介绍了二青会赛事转播调度中心系统的功能,15个赛事直播场馆的信号传输、汇聚、发布的组成及技术方案,为电视台转播大型运动会转播信号的回传发布系统建设进行了有益实践。

Taking IBC signal dispatching system of the 2nd Youth Games of the People’s Republic of China in 2019 as an example,this paper introduces the functions of the system,the composition and technical scheme of signal transmission,convergence and distribution of 15 live venues for the 2nd Youth Games.
