摘要 研究了一种二次航管雷达伺服控制系统,通过对天线转台的工作原理、结构组成和关键技术的研究,设计出一套体积小、重量轻、变形小和高精度等特点的天线转台系统。系统总体、机械系统结构、测角系统、控制系统均采用成熟技术,安全性和可靠性高。系统采用了标准化、模块化的设计,并在可靠性、维护性上借用了以往转台的成熟技术,关键件上采用了免维护设计,安装、调试简单。备品备件需要量少,后期维护成本低,有利于提供及时快速的售后服务。 A second air-tube radar servo control system is studied.Through the research on the working principle,structure and key technology of the antenna turntable,an antenna turntable system with small size,light weight,small deformation and high precision is designed..The system as a whole,the mechanical system structure,the angle measuring system and the control system all adopt mature technology,with high safety and reliability.The system adopts standardized and modular design,and borrows the mature technology of the previous turntable in reliability and maintainability.The key parts are maintenance-free design,and the installation and debugging are simple.The need for spare parts is small,and the maintenance cost is low,which is conducive to providing timely and prompt after-sales service.
