基于质量流量计测定的溶解气对相含率测量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 油井产出流体中含油率的在线测量是评价产能的重要指标。本文对多级旋流器和质量流量计组成的相比例测量系统进行了测试试验,通过对气水两相流的测量,证实了所述分离器有很好的气体分离效果,进而通过油水两相流的测量,证实了系统对油水两相流的相含率测量有高的准确性和适应性。在上述两相工作的基础上,开展了油气水三相流的测试试验,考察了溶解气对相含率测量的影响,并通过理论分析和计算,定量地验证了试验结果,试验和计算均表明,即使是少量的溶解气,对相比例的测量仍然会产生很大的误差。 On-line measurement of oil content in produced fluid is an important index to evaluate productivity.The phase ratio measurement system composed of multi-stage cyclone and mass flowmeter is tested in this paper.Through the measurement of the gas-water two-phase flow,it is proved that the separator has good gas separation effect,and then through the measurement of the oil-water two-phase flow,it is proved that the system has high accuracy and adaptability for the measurement of the phase holdup of the oil-water two-phase flow.On the basis of the above two-phase work,the test of oil-gas-water three-phase flow is carried out,the effect of dissolved gas on the measurement of phase holdup is investigated,and the test results are verified quantitatively by theoretical analysis and calculation.Even if it is a small amount of dissolved gas,the measurement of phase ratio will still have a large error.
