摘要 厚度公差及均匀性是钢铁行业冷轧带钢质量最重要的指标之一,带钢厚度精确度的要求也越来越高。针对宝山钢铁有限公司连退/热镀锌高强钢处理线复杂工艺环境中的使用情况,介绍了X射线带钢厚度测量系统的测量原理、系统选用、设备构成,以及在工程设计中需要考虑的问题,为连退/热镀锌高强钢在厚度测量中出现的问题提供解决思路。在实际应用中,实现了冷轧带钢厚度参数的稳定测量,并提高了厚度测量精度,使测量精度降低至0.1%或0.5μm以下。 Thickness tolerance and uniformity is one of the most important indexes of cold rolled strip quality in the steel industry,and the requirement of strip thickness accuracy is higher and higher.In view of the application of the complex process environment of the continuous annealing/galvanizing high strength steel processing line in Baoshan Iron and Steel Co.Ltd.,the paper introduces the measurement principle,system selection,equipment composition of the X-ray strip thickness measurement system,as well as the problems to be considered in the engineering design,in order to measure the thickness of the continuous annealing/galvanizing high strength steel problems and provide the way to solve the problems.In practical application,the stable measurement of thickness parameters of cold rolled strip is realized,and the accuracy of thickness measurement is improved,so that the measurement accuracy is reduced to 0.1%or less than 0.5μm.
