摘要
汽轮机机械超速跳闸(MOST)装置能够实现在无电信号参与的情况下达到保护汽轮机的目的。为验证MOST的功能可用,在功率运行期间需要定期进行远程注油试验,试验过程中需要采集相关压力信号以确认试验合格。而压力信号的可靠性将影响试验结果的判定,甚至导致意外停机。本文以同型号机组MOST远程注油试验过程中出现的异常现象为切入点,分析探讨提高该类试验可靠性的优化方向,也为后续机组的设计改进提供参考和借鉴。
The mechanical over speed trip(MOST)device of turbine is capable of protecting the turbine from damage without any electrical signals.To verify the functionality of MOST,routine test is performed by collecting the response of related pressure sensors.The reliability of the pressure sensors may impact the test results,even result in turbine trip.This paper offers some improvements on the reliability of the MOST test by analysing the failure cases.
