摘要
该项目设计采用预处理+生物水解+厌氧消化组合工艺处理厨余垃圾。厨余垃圾进厂后卸料至接收料斗,经匀料机匀料后,通过链板式输送机提升至破袋滚筒筛,破袋滚筒筛分离重质塑料袋和轻质纸张,然后进入生物水解反应器停留2~3d。生物水解后的物料进行挤压脱水,固渣焚烧处理,液相经浆液预处理后,进行厌氧发酵产沼气。工程实际运行结果表明,该工艺流程较为合理,具有稳定性好、运行成本低等优点。
In this project,pretreatment biological hydrolysis and anaerobic digestion process was used to treat kitchen waste.After the kitchen waste is discharged into the factory and discharged to the receiving hopper,after being homogenized by the homogenizer,it is lifted to the broken bag roller screen through the chain plate conveyor,and the heavy plastic bag and light paper are separated by the broken bag drum screen,and then enter the biolysis reactor for 2 to 3 days.The hydrolyzed materials were dehydrated by extrusion,incinerated with solid slag,and the biogas was produced by anaerobic fermentation after liquid phase was pretreated with slurry.The practical operation results show that the technological process is reasonable,has the advantages of good stability and low operation cost.
