摘要
文章以带枣疯病组培苗持续培养群体中出现的疑似抗病株为材料,进行了形态学观察,随后提取其DNA进行植原体测定以及AFLP分析,以筛选确实发生变异的抗病株。结果表明:在患枣疯病冬枣组培苗群体中根据形态指标筛选了10株疑似抗病变异株,经过植原体检测后发现其中3株体内仍携带了少量植原体,并进一步对这些疑似变异株进行DNA水平的AFLP分析,筛选了1株抗病株。
In this study,the suspected variants with resistance to witches’ broom disease in the diseased population which were cultured continually were used as materials to be screened and identified by morphological observation,phytoplasma test and AFLP analysis of their DNA.The results showed that 10 suspected variants were screened out from the diseased population according to the morphological index.a small amount of phytoplasma was found in 3 of them by detection of phytoplasma.One variant with resistance to witches’ broom disease was screened out though AFLP analysis of DNA level.
